In 1994 Argentina approved the Law 24.429 imposing the Voluntary Military Service which replaced the system of compulsory conscription created in 1901. This way to recruit troops produced significant changes in the relationship between citizens and national defense affairs including the organization of the Armed Forces.Downloads
