THE RINCÃO GAIA’S COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES

Abstract

This work intends to analyze the competitive advantages of the Rincão Gaia, from the identification of its purpose, its essential abilities, its competitive strategies and if these strategies create an innovation of value and a specific market. To reach such objective, the article was organized in four sections, the first one emphasizing the introduction to the subject and the methodology used for analysis and construction of the text, second emphasizing the used theoretical approach, third bringing the information on the object of study and the fourth section making the final analyses and weight on the subject. It can be said that the Rincão Gaia is a system that possess social-economic purpose, whose essential abilities are the organizational culture, the available environmental resources and developed and the human resources and its competitive strategy it is the differentiation with approach.
