This assingment tend to demonstrate and clarify the existency of a new way of remuneration of the employers, through the image rights. The companys, who use this alternative way of remuneration of the employers, where the use of the image must be remunerated, they make themselves free of the taxes of a regular payment, because the contract of permission to use the image is a civil contract. The legal investigation, as well as the ways and the structure that can be used by companys to justify this new way of remuneration are clearly showed in this assignment.Downloads
