Abstract

The concept of interactivity has been used in a very loose fashion in the investigation of interation in computerized environments. This paper intends to present and discuss some avaitable studies and taxonomies on the subject. Further, based on comunication theories and the interactionist pesrpective of human cognition a new classification of computer mediated interaction types is suggested.
