THE PROPOSALS FROM THE THEMATIC CONFERENCE AS A CONTRIBUTION TO THE MANAGEMENT OF WORK AND HEALTH EDUCATION

Abstract

Objective: To propose an analysis systematization of the proposals of the 1st State Conference on Health Work Management and Education in Paraná (1ª CEGTES/PR) as a technical resource for managers and Continuing Health Education (CHE) workers, aimed at translating conference proposals into management, planning, and training practices at the local level, contributing to the consolidation of CHE as a structural axis of the Unified Health System (SUS). Method: Documentary analysis of the State and Macroregional Proposal Booklets of the 1ª CEGTES/PR. Results: Fourteen propositions were identified in the State Booklet, with a predominance of the Continuing Education category, articulated to the analytical categories of interprofessionality, interdisciplinarity, multiprofessionality, multidisciplinarity, and intersectoriality. The findings reveal growing recognition of CHE in conference discourse, alongside persistent operational challenges, such as the absence of stable institutional arrangements, systematic funding, and monitoring mechanisms. Conclusion: The consolidation of CHE in municipalities depends on formalized institutional arrangements, integration with management instruments, and the ethical-political commitment of local managers and health workers. The Bulletin offers practical guidelines structured in three dimensions: Governance and Management, Planning and Evaluation, and Interprofessional Training and Work.
