Abstract

This study was formatted as a theoretical and empirical essay and addressed discussions about techno-assistance models in health, comprehensiveness and health production, considering the context of the COVID-19 pandemic that is still going through the current scenario, due to its marks. The objective of the essay was to reflect on the production of health in the different ways of living of collectivities in the territory of the Amazon. It was identified that there is a recognition that people make up an important and indispensable part in the integrality and in their conditions of well-being, especially in the territory of the Amazon, which has a wide diversity of cultural and local knowledge. The establishment of bonds and affective relationships are important indicators for thinking about integrality and looking at the scene, approaching a new way of seeing and doing, reinventing the clinic based on traditional knowledge. The production of health and care makes these articulations possible within the scope of professional practices and in the territories that cover the
different ways of living, considering that culture is a fundamental and founding part of a powerful society in diversities that aims at the well-being of people’s collectivities.
