UM OLHAR SOBRE O PATRIMÔNIO CULTURAL DE RIBEIRÃO PRETO: A CASA DA MEMÓRIA ITALIANA

A Casa da Memória Italiana, patrimônio cultural da cidade de Ribeirão Preto, localizada no interior do Estado de São Paulo, carrega a história e as memórias da cidade, relacionadas ao período cafeeiro e à chegada dos imigrantes, dentre eles o numeroso grupo dos italianos. A Casa da Memória Italiana é uma entidade privada e sem fins lucrativos que, desde 2013, através de atividades museológicas, tem promovido e divulgado a história e as memórias da cidade, dos imigrantes italianos e da respectiva casa. Este trabalho tem por objetivo analisar, por meio de textos bibliográficos e Leis (federais e municipais), as questões do patrimônio cultural de Ribeirão Preto no referido equipamento cultural. A cidade de Ribeirão Preto possui legislação própria voltada ao patrimônio cultural, assim como um Conselho de preservação do patrimônio cultural, o CONPPAC, com os quais serão analisadas as interfaces entre as ações do referido patrimônio.

ABSTRACT
The Italian Memory House, a cultural heritage of the city of Ribeirão Preto, located in the interior of the State of São Paulo, carries the history and memories of the city, related to the coffee period and the arrival of immigrants, among them the large group of Italians. The Italian Memory House is a private, non-profit organization that, since 2013, through museological activities, has promoted and disseminated the history and memories of the city, the Italian immigrants and the house itself. This work aims to analyze, through bibliographical texts and Laws (federal and municipal), the issues of the cultural heritage of Ribeirão Preto in the aforementioned cultural equipment. The city of Ribeirão Preto has its own legislation focused on cultural heritage, as well as a Council for the preservation of cultural heritage, the CONPPAC, with which the interfaces between the actions of the said heritage will be analyzed.
