Abstract

RESUMO

O presente artigo tem como objetivo identificar como as experiências (auto)formativas contribuem no trabalho docente dentro do Colégio Tiradentes da Brigada Militar de Santa Maria -RS.  Apresentou-se um breve histórico do CTBM. Analisando o contexto histórico do ambiente escolar e das docentes, quais foram as experiências mais significativas para as educadoras, contribuindo ou não em sua trajetória (auto)formativa para o trabalho docente; os sentidos elaborados por elas sobre suas experiências para trabalho docente no ambiente escolar do ensino militarizado. Os resultados mostraram que as experiências significativas revelam que a educação é compreendida como um processo de (auto)transformação da realidade social onde as educadoras estão inseridas.

ABSTRACT

This article aims to identify how (self) formative experiences contribute to the teaching work within Colégio Tiradentes da Brigada Militar de Santa Maria -RS. A brief history of the CTBM was presented. Analyzing the historical context of the school environment and the teachers, which were the most significant experiences for the educators, contributing or not in their (self) formative trajectory for the teaching work; the meanings elaborated by them about their experiences for teaching work in the school environment of militarized teaching. The results showed that the significant experiences reveal that education is understood as a process of (self)transformation of the social reality where the educators are inserted.
