LABOR AND POLITICAL SURVIVAL: METIS, THE OTHER INSTANCE OF REASON

One of the most effective weapons in the struggle for survival within organizations is political action. Metis, the non logical way of reasoning, knowledge is a critical factor for understanding both constituents and procedures of this struggle. Nevertheless, study of metis has been systematically relegated to a secondary level or confined to aphorisms and maxims. Little or nothing has been added to its comprehension since ancient Greeks identify and interpreted it. This article tries to demonstrate that knowledge advancement on both economic administration and organizations management compels retake metis discussion in contemporary basis.Downloads
