THE CORRUPT ACTION OF THE MULTINATIONAL COMPANY: A CONSTRUCIONISTA METHODOLOGICAL BOARDING

Abstract

The corrupt action was institutionalized in diverse spheres of the society, including, public and private organizations.  This phenomenon has been widely spread out for the medias.  This intense diffusion has pressured the States, private and public organizations, stimulating them to adopt it mechanisms of combat to the corruption.  The press in the whole world denounces different corrupt behaviors demonstrating that they are  in different types of society.  When carrying through its denunciations regarding the corruption, the national and international presses have produced different felt of the corrupt action that have been manifesting in the diverse types of organization.  Of the academic point of view, this problematic has not been very argued for the theory of the organizations in that if it relates to the construction of proposals theoretician-methodological that try to understand because, as and which are the implications of the institutionalized corrupt action in diverse types of organization.  Inserted in the field of administrative sciences, the accomplishment of this paper has for objective to understand the felts attributed for the Periodical “Folha de São Paulo” to the corruption process institutionalized in a multinational company that acts in the nourishing sector.  For in such a way, a theoretical systematization is considered to multidiscipline that it will involve the rescue of some concepts and perspectives of analyses formulated for the philosophy, psychology and for the sociology of the organizations, as well as a construcionista methodological boarding, taking as object the discursive practical of publications of the periodical around the phenomenon of the corruption.
