Before that, the objective of this article is to analyze the scientific production of a decade of gender studies in the Administration. For so much, it was lifted up all the papers published in the ENANPAD annals (National Meeting of Post-Graduation in Administration) and in the Brazilian scientific magazines RAE, RAC, RAP, RAUSP and O&S in the years from 1995 to 2004. The papers were analyzed through the theoretical-epistemological classification proposed by Calás and Smircich (1996) and also in relation to their thematic, method, main research techniques, nature of the research and nature of the analysis. Besides being one of the first meta-studies of the gender area in the Administration, it presented significant results that indicate spaces for new researches on the theme.Downloads
