Abstract
This article aims to investigate the influence of organizational culture on the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and quality of care, along with employees in the medical, nursing and care support areas of different hospital units. To this end, a descriptive, quantitative research was carried out, carried out through a survey, with employees from the aforementioned areas of hospitals in the EBSERH Network. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method, using the SmartPLS® software. As a result, the predominance of a hierarchical organizational culture was noticed in all the hospitals surveyed and its influence on the relationship between organizational citizenship behaviors and quality of care by confirming the presence of the dimensions Conscientiousness and Spirit of Initiative. It is hoped that the results found will guide health area managers in the formulation of strategies to mobilize the teams regarding the dimensions that presented negative results and that they will motivate further research on the subject studied.
