ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE IN THE HYGIENE AND BEAUTY SECTOR: A CASE STUDY

Although the importance of the Hygiene and Beauty sector to Brazilian Economy, there are not many studies addressing the organizational culture of the sector’s companies. This paper reports a case study of a medium-sized company where cultural and managerial patterns are analyzed, as well as their relations with the structural and strategic changes necessary to keep pace with the highly competitive dynamics of the sector.
