Abstract

This article seeks to analyze and question the main criteria presented to distinguish instant crimes and permanent crimes and to demonstrate that there is a mistake in the premise of starting from a distinction based on the devaluation of the result of the crime. In the sequence, we will seek to propose a criterion based on the devaluation of the conduct of the crime as an exception to the system, which considerably reduces the postulation of permanent crimes and legitimately justifies its legal consequences.

KEYWORDS: Permanent crimes. Instant crimes. Distinguish criteria. Devaluation of the conduct of the crime.
