Revisão de escopo sobre a influência dos sistemas e hábitos alimentares no Brasil

RESUMO: A conexão entre sistemas alimentares e hábitos alimentares é complexa e multifacetada, envolvendo interações entre fatores sociais, culturais, econômicos, ambientais e de saúde. Este artigo apresenta os resultados de uma revisão de escopo realizada para identificar os estudos que tratam da influência dos sistemas alimentares nos hábitos alimentares no Brasil. As buscas na literatura foram realizadas até 07/06/2023. Os resultados passaram por uma análise textual e léxica. Para o tratamento e apresentação dos resultados foram realizados os ajustes e adequação dos gráficos e grafos; e foi feita a seleção e tratamento dos resultados qualitativos. Na sequência, foram realizadas a interpretação dos dados resultantes da aplicação da metodologia para a análise textual e léxica, em comparação com a base teórica, e a inferência dos resultados, com base no objetivo da pesquisa. Pode-se inferir que o corpus textual foi dividido em dois temas: de um lado, a questão dos hábitos de consumo alimentar no contexto brasileiro, marcados pelo consumo de ultraprocessados nas refeições; e de outro lado, a preocupação com a produção de alimentos e a sustentabilidade que podem ser adotados como estratégia de segurança alimentar.
