A apresentação de temas livres na forma de pôster é uma maneira freqüente de divulgar resultados de uma pesquisa. Foram avaliados os aspectos éticos e metodológicos dos pôsteres e resumos submetidos em um encontro científico. Foram verificadas inadequações em diferentes aspectos, tais como: identificação do tema livre, autoria, preservação de informações, método, questões regulatórias.
