It is acknowledged that in recent decades some progress was achieved in establishing guarantees for the respect of Human Rights as awhole, and particularly the right to public school education for the youthand also for the adults who are in prison. On the other hand, it is also acknowledged that there still are many difficulties for its full functioning. This article – with the objective of deepen the discussion on the topic – will reflect on the right to education in prison and on the historical progress of criminal enforcement laws in Argentina.Downloads
