A memória como questão no campo da produção educacional: uma reflexão

Abstract

 

Este artigo parte de uma questão que pode ser assim formulada: em que sentidos se fala, hoje, na produção educacional, em memória? O exame dos trabalhos apresentados em encontros, seminários e congressos nacionais evidencia a recorrência do termo. No que tange aos estudos vinculados à formação de professores, a memória comparece como fenômeno a ser investigado, quer nas várias dimensões da história individual quer na constituição, sagração e recuperação de uma história coletiva da profissão.

Abstract

This paper starts from the following question: presently, what is the meaning of the concept of memory in educational studies? Analyzing the works presented in workshops, seminars and national congresses one can observe the recurrence of the term. In what concerns to teachers education, memory appears as a phenomenon to be investigated, either in the several dimensions of individual history or in the constitution, consecration and recovery of a collective history of the profession.
