O currículo escolar nas leis 5.692/71 e 9.394/96: questões teóricas e de história

Resumo
O presente trabalho tem como objetivo realizar em síntese, uma abordagem que diga respeito às leis 5692/71 e 9394/96 especificamente no trato das questões curriculares, centrais na configuração do panorama educacional brasileiro, resultantes de uma identidade política nacional requerida dentro de conjunturas históricas particulares; para tanto, serão analisados alguns aspectos em ambas que se refiram às proposições curriculares legais sem que se perca de vista a devida contextualização histórico-social em que foram elaboradas e a não-neutralidade curricular prevista por tal contextualização. A intenção é de pensar no quanto o fomento legal direciona, ainda que de forma implícita, o posicionamento político brasileiro no campo educativo, trazendo à pauta uma educação como produto imediato das necessidades, quer econômicas, quer sociais, do país em desenvolvimento.

Abstract
The present work has as objective accomplishes in synthesis, an approach that specifically concerns the laws 5692/71 and 9394/96 in the treatment of the educational curriculum, central in the configuration of the Brazilian educational panorama, resultants of a national political identity requested inside of private historical conjunctures; for so much, some will be analyzed aspects in both that refer to the propositions legal of the curriculum without it gets lost of view the due historical-social context in that were elaborated and the no-neutrality of the curriculum foreseen by such. The intention is thinking in the legal fomentation, although in an implicit way, in the Brazilian political positioning in the educational field, bringing to the line an education as immediate product of the needs - as economical, as social - of the country in development.
