A pedagogia do tempo histórico: diálogos freirianos sobre resistência política e libertação social
Abstract
O objetivo principal deste artigo consiste em problematizar episódios da história do Brasil relacionados à vida de Paulo Freire, relatados em duas obras da coleção dos livros falados intitulados aprendendo com a própria história. Tratam-se de livros que mostram os diálogos sucedidos entre Freire e interlocutores em período de redemocratização do país e de seu retorno do exílio. Para análise dos materiais adotou-se o diálogo com outras obras do próprio Paulo Freire e da literatura histórica e atual. Ao fim, destaca-se a perspectiva freiriana de pedagogia do tempo histórico, aquela que se efetua pelo diálogo e a partilha reflexiva sobre fatos pregressos e atuais, rompendo com a visão dominante de ocultação e silenciamento da história. Convalida-se a atualidade do aporte freiriano de pedagogia da libertação para defesa da democracia e da ação coletiva emancipadora, temas indispensáveis nas análises do Brasil de hoje.
