Abstract

A special and specific formation for the Universities’ teachers is necessary, to enable them to acquire a better understanding of the Teaching-Learning process. In Brasil, the important action of ABENO and CAPES is stressed, through the establishment of training centers, where instructors of other Schools have the opportunity to observe, on a full-time basis, different methods, and also to improve their knowledge in their specialized fields of interest. Training Centers are chosen by ABENO and CAPES, by the excellence of the teaching method used. It would be advisable that those training centers gave regular courses related to educational technology, in order to improve faculties formation.
