The situation in the Korean Peninsula and the new regional balance

The paper analyzes the impact of the recent ballistic tests made by the Koreas to the relations between the two countries and to the regional balance. It is highlighted the evolution of the nuclear issue and the political changes occurred on the peninsula. It was concluded that it is a continuation of the pattern of approximation-friction current for two decades.
