Abstract

Mozambique -China cooperation, as in all of Africa, is recording significant advances, inducting to involvement either state entities either private capitals, with Mozambique rolling the play of supplier of raw materials with distinction to wood and others natural resources, receiving in opposition capital inflows in form of FDI or ICD, which are used as instruments to allow the Chinese enterprises to reach the Mozambican market, in prosecution of the Chinese objectives of accessing the global markets and playing a role of greater relevance in international political scenery, relation that in light of the strategies and tactics that are used, is being deviated from the south-south cooperation, assuming the typical characteristics of north-south cooperation, according to the peculiarities and results described in present text.
