Abstract

The judicial agents are between the central actors in the brazilian political scenario. Political Science object since de 90s, the brazilian judicical institutions protagonism more recently is part of a circuit integrated by conservative sectors, the big press and corruption fighting operations that promote the public activity criminalization. This “hiperactivism” conjucture in the political judgment deserves a more detailed analysis as of it’s structural implications for the democratic regime.
