Abstract

This scenario analysis seek to explain the reasons to the recent Brazilian political crises, which may culminate in the impeachment of President Dilma Rousseff. Analyzing the interests and activities of the key players involved in the crisis, it seeks also to discuss the international impacts and possible consequences for the Brazilian international agenda.
