Lula's government foreign policy: ideology or pragmatism in relations with South America?

This paper aims to study the Brazilian foreign policy of the Lula government to South America, analyzing his actions in a timely manner and relating it to the current debate about their ideological or pragmatic view. We conclude that such diplomacy is best qualifies as an independent and pragmatic, as it seeks dialogue with all States on the basis whenever the national interest.Downloads
