The present work discusses the relevant paper exercised by the Integrated Systems of Information in the maintenance of the balance of the Social Welfare Proper Systems, originated from the Constitutional Amendment nº. 20, December 15, 1998. Dispositions referring to the basic structuring of systems, to the benefits proportionate by the implantation of such systems and to the possible disadvantages that may occur in the case of lack of attention in the administration of these Welfare Systems are approached here.Downloads
