RAREFAÇÃO DO SENTIDO, PLURIVOCIDADE SEMÂNTICA E RITMO NO “PRELÚDIO” DE A DIVINA QUIMERA, DE EDUARDO GUIMARAENS: APROXIMAÇÃO COM OS LÍRICOS MODERNOS FRANCESES

Resumo
Este artigo busca evidenciar como A divina quimera (1916), de Eduardo Guimaraens (1892-1928), contribuiu para o desenvolvimento da lírica moderna. Esta, que foi, em muitos aspectos, uma corrente inovadora na literatura ocidental, pretendeu distanciar-se das práticas linguísticas vigentes na literatura ocidental, no final do século XIX, seja do discurso lógico-científico, seja das técnicas “realistas” empregadas pelos escritores literários. Por conta disto, Eduardo Guimaraens cultivou a rarefação do sentido, fazendo com que a significação do poema apareça de forma imprecisa, possibilitando que múltiplas e não excludentes leituras sejam possíveis das suas criações literárias. Esta técnica poética implica que o leitor participe ativamente na produção do sentido, o que faz com que a obra amplie a cada leitura suas possibilidades de compreensão.

Abstract
This article seeks to show how Eduardo Guimaraens’ The divine chimera (1916) contributed to the development of the modern lyric. This, in many ways, innovative stage of Western literature, intended to distance itself from the most prestigious linguistic practices at the end of the 19th century, whether from the logical-scientific discourse or from the “realistic” techniques employed by the literary writers. Thus, Eduardo Guimaraens cultivated the rarefaction of meaning, making the signification of the poem appear imprecise, since multiple and non-exclusive readings are possible from his literary creations. This poetic technique implies that the reader actively participates in the production of meaning, which makes the work of art amplifies in each new reading his own significance.
