Abstract

Este artigo analisa elementos da gestão da política nacional de formação de conselheiros municipais de educação (Pró-Conselho), com ênfase no mapeamento de espaços de disputa e dos atores das políticas. Utilizando a noção de rede, o trabalho permite inferir que a articulação entre os atores envolvidos na formulação e implantação das políticas públicas de formação de conselheiros municipais de educação evidencia uma experiência que incorpora os limites e as possibilidades intrínsecas ao campo de luta pela gestão democrática da educação na sociedade brasileira.
