Abstract

The present work, in the scope of Estate and development discipline, investigates the current meaning of full job search, principle of the economic order in Federal Constitution of 1988, and its effectiveness. It considers, in this investigation, structural characteristics of the brazilian economy and its origin dedicated to the concentration of large land ownership and, in a later moment, to a concentration of capital in the possessions of a tiny portion of the population. This characteristic makes us rethink the sense of full employment between the be and the ought to be.
