Demonstração da mielina na polpa dentária [Title in english no available]

Some methods of pulp myelin coloration <in situ> were studied. Advantages and deficiencies of the method applied were discussed. The teeth were decalcified with trichloroacetic acid at 5% in water solution and they were cut with congelation microtome. Among the methods discussed the best results were got by the Chiffelle and Putt Method.
