The objective of this case report was to demonstrate the performance of apexification using a MTA plug (3mm) in a re-implanted upper central incisor. The treatment was performed in three visits with the use of calcium hydroxide paste as intracanal medicament for 14 days. The final treatment radiograph shows no MTA overflow. The six months follow-up radiograph showed the healing of the periapical tissues and absence of resorption signals.Downloads
