Contribuição experimental ao estudo da desinfecção dos condutos radiculares [Title in english no available]

Cases of infected canals of monoroot teeth, proved by bacteriological tests with mechanical and chemical treatment were selected, in order to prove the responsable truth by root canals desinfection. The cases were grouped according to conduct followed, as we see: 1st. group — six cases — Instrumentation with distilled water irrigation followed by Eugenol medication. 2nd. group — six cases — Instrumentation with distilled water irrigation followed by Neo Grove medication. 3rd group — six cases — Instrumentaion accompanied by irrigation with distilled water followed by Camphorated Para Nono Chloro Phenol medication. 4th group — 7 cases — Instrumentation accompanied by irrigation with chlorinated soda and oxigenated water 20v. 5th group — 8 cases — Instrumentation accompanied by irrigation with chlorinated soda and oxygenated soda 20v. in relative isolation. The control of results was done through bacteriological tests.
