Abstract

Simplified technic of labial frenum surgery. The use of surgical scissors, sutures and cautery was annuled during the surgical act. The technic was used with good results, on 20 patients of different ages between 5 and 14 years old. Spontaneous reduction of diastemas, sometimes was got.
