Effect of superficial protectors on glass ionomer cements solubility and disintegration

The purpose of this study was to evaluale the effect of surface treatments on solubility and disintegration of glass-ionomer cements for restorations. The results showed that either fluid resin or nail vamish reduced significantly the solubility of Vidrion R and did not interfere on the performance of Chelon-Fil wich complied to the ISO no 7489 specification.Downloads
