The edentulous mandubular atrophy es truly a challenge for orthodontists, the difficulty to copy the border's peculiarities and the execution of stable prothetic devices is enourmbus. In the present study, we attempted to show through the description of a clinical case, the resources that surgery with iliac ridge graft, as an aim. Making possible a border augment, as well as more clear anatomic accidents. This way, the orthodontist looks for development of his work with adequate estability.Downloads
