Dental students and the oral lesion diagnosis

This research was planed to demonstrate the behavior of students of the two last years of the Dental school do UFRGS when treating patiens. During the clinicai treatment we intercept the clinicai work procedure and presented a form to be filled by the student. This questionnaire was planed to disclose if before starting the clinicai work, student use to exam patients looking for lesions, excluding the one he was treating. Ou result showed that 80% of percents in treatment had at least one lesion more. And 80% of students diagnose any lesion different of that they where treating.Downloads
