"In vitro" cultivation of normal and pathological tissues from the oral cavity of humans

The autors presents the results of "in vitro" cultivation of human gengiva and dental abcess with a partial grade of success. Acording the autors, failure is related with: the decomposition of the ascorbic acid and the neutralization of sodiun bicarbonate used in the culture mediun. Other problem could be the grade of differentiation of the tissue used in culture.Downloads
