Utilização da metodologia lean six sigma para melhoria de equipamentos chillers em uma empresa metalúrgica da cidade de São Paulo

Resumen

Actualmente, la gestión de servicios públicos en las empresas, una subárea del Facility Management (FM), es una actividad vital que busca constantemente mejorar el desempeño operativo a través de equipos más eficientes. El estudio tuvo como objetivo describir mejoras en equipos enfriadores utilizando la metodología Lean Six Sigma (LSS) en una empresa metalúrgica de la ciudad de São Paulo. La investigación, de carácter exploratorio, se centró en un único estudio de caso centrado en los enfriadores en el proceso de anodizado. Los resultados mostraron que, debido a la complejidad de estos equipos, la cual está influenciada por el ambiente de instalación y el modo de operación, es crucial que el sector de mantenimiento mantenga actualizados los mantenimientos preventivos, predictivos y rutinarios. Los estudios sobre el uso de herramientas avanzadas de mejora continua en FM son escasos, pero imprescindibles en un escenario altamente competitivo como es el manufacturero.
