Macau-Hengqin Zone e a trajetória do Brasil rumo à China

O persistente superávit comercial nas relações sino-brasileiras evidencia a importância estratégica do acesso à Grande Baía (Greater Bay Area – GBA) da China, dado que a província de Guangdong representa aproximadamente 28% do comércio bilateral. A manutenção deste equilíbrio favorável exige uma compreensão aprofundada da lógica económica da GBA, enquadrada nos sistemas regionais de inovação e nas redes globais de produção, particularmente no contexto da cooperação Sul–Sul. Este estudo recorre à análise documental da literatura acadêmica existente, complementada por uma avaliação da organização espacial e infraestrutural, das inovações políticas e dos planos nacionais de desenvolvimento, bem como pela experiência profissional dos autores. O objetivo da investigação é identificar as condições que possibilitem o engajamento comercial eficaz do Brasil com a GBA, considerando o seu papel como polo dinâmico de desenvolvimento tecnológico e comércio internacional. Os resultados visam informar estratégias que reforcem a integração do Brasil nos mercados asiáticos emergentes, promovendo parcerias económicas mutuamente benéficas.
