Abstract

The text presents the analysis of books written by three former Barack Obama government members - Tough Love: My Story of the Things Worth Fighting For, by Susan Rice, The Education of an Idealist: A Memoir, by Samantha Power, and The World as It Is: A Memoir of the Obama White House, by Ben Rhodes - and seeks to demonstrate how they all manage to present many of that administration's internal debates, as well as reveal the limitations of its foreign policy.
