GERAÇÃO, ADOÇÃO E DIFUSÃO DE TÉCNICAS DE PRODUÇÃO – UM MODELO BASEADO EM MARX

Abstract

This paper, constructed from Marx's texts, presents a formal model that considers the generation, adoption and diffusion of technical progress in capitalistic mode of production. Initially, for simplicity, it analyses the production of only one merchandise with a given production technique. Then, it faces the question of a new technique adoption. Modeling the diffusion of production techniques is done by means of replicator dynamics. Finally, the continued generation of new techniques in the accumulation process is conceptualized as in Duménil and Levy's classical evolutionary model.
