Nursing pedagogical workshop: an experience of convergence between care and education.

Abstract

Report on the experience of professors who conducted a workshop discussing the concepts of health vulnerability and resilience with students enrolled in Proiniciar, program implemented at the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), Brazil. Nursing, which essentially takes care of life, can stimulate education on self-care with the adoption of healthy daily habits in modern world life, and, moreover, propitiate self-care situations, transforming students into advocates of a healthy lifestyle.
