O conhecimento prático é anterior ao conhecimento teórico na ação? Refletindo sobre a transparência institucional em Anscombe
Resumo
O objetivo do artigo é rejeitar a ideia de que a razão metafísica/teórica é anterior à razão prática. O artigo expõe, a partir da obra de Elizabeth Anscombe no campo da filosofia prática, como (1) os fatos avaliativos e os fatos naturais não estão separados; e que (2) quando agimos e, portanto, adotamos a perspectiva prática, de primeira pessoa, ou deliberativa, não olhamos nem para os fatos naturais nem para os fatos avaliativos que constituem o pano de fundo de nossas ações e práticas sociais. Com isso, é possível reforçar uma intuição corrente na obra de autores do chamado “Novo Direito Natural” (NDN), nomeadamente, a tese de que não há um conhecimento teórico anterior à ação da natureza humana, do qual se poderia derivar normas morais.
