Financiamento da educação e remuneração docente: um começo de conversa em tempos de piso salarial

Abstract

A partir de referências legais obre o Piso Salarial Profissional Nacional e de uma revisão do debate acadêmico sobre carreira e remuneração docente, o artigo analisa relações entre dados do Fundef, indicadores econômicos e remuneração docente, utilizando indicadores econômicos nacionais, remunerações docentes em redes estaduais e valores aluno-ano do Fundef. A análise revela variações salariais próprias de cada Estado, com tendência de recomposição salarial acima da inflação, assim como a necessidade de estudos adicionais para a compreensão da dinâmica da remuneração docente.
