Dívida social com a educação de pessoas jovens e adultas: estimativa de recursos necessários

Se entendemos o direito à educação como aquele que garante o acesso igualitário à educação fundamental, média e mesmo de terceiro grau, então devemos admitir que existe uma grande dívida sócia educacional para com as pessoas jovens e adultas. Este artigo propõe um exercício de estimativa de recursos necessários para atender a superação do analfabetismo e a promoção da educação primária e da educação secundário entre adultos. Os resultados constituem um apelo aos responsáveis pela tomada de decisões, para que incrementem o investimento neste setor.
