Problemas centrais da gestão na escola pública e sua incidência na prática cotidiana segundo os gestores

Neste artigo se discutem os problemas de maior incidência no espaço cotidiano escolar, segundo apontam gestores da rede estadual de ensino de São Paulo. Os dados analisados foram extraídos de relatórios elaborados por 57 equipes de gestores que realizaram exercícios de aplicação em curso de especialização oferecido pela UNICAMP, em convênio com a Secretaria Estadual de Educação. A maioria dos problemas concentra-se na administração corrente da escola, dimensão que está a exigir estudos empíricos para SUS compreensão e apropriação, com vistas à elaboração de planos de ação para sua superação.
