Municipalização do ensino e proximidade local: o outro lado da valorização docente no FUNDEF

O texto discute a avaliação de professores de um município de São Paulo na dimensão dos efeitos da associação entre valorização docente e municipalização do ensino, no contexto da implementação do Fundo de Manutenção e Desenvolvimento do Ensino Fundamental e de Valorização dos Profissionais da Educação (FUNDEF). Os resultados evidenciam a problemática local da implementação do Fundo na dimensão da valorização docente, que envolve, entre outros fatores, a não-isonomia de salários, diferentes vínculos de trabalho e reconcentração do poder local.
