This research aimed to address the professional life cycle of teachers, in particular, teachers from a technical school, belonging to a network, in this case FAETEC, which leads us to reflect on training and teaching work. Initial and continuing education, length of experience, specific training and its relationships with the school and the teaching task, so specific to a course that trains professionals for the job market. What stages of the teaching career are the teachers at ETEJLN – João Luiz do Nascimento State Technical School – in the FAETEC network – Technical School Support Foundation? The results showed what stage these teachers are in in their teaching career, under the analysis of Huberman's parameters (2007), the stages studied are: entrance, stabilization stage, career diversification and continuity stage, serenity, affective distance, and conservatism and divestment. The methodology applied was a case study, with the application of a structured interview containing objective and discursive questions, carried out by Google Form, to teachers of Technical and Secondary Education. The results, after analysis, revealed that most teachers are in the Diversification phase, as well as Serenity and Distance, due to the characteristics raised. The study verified how teachers' training and work occurs, through initial and continuing training. It made it possible to categorize, through their speeches, the moments in which they find themselves in their professional careers, in times of great teaching challenges. The importance of analyzing the professional trajectory of ETEJLN teachers was highlighted, and how each teacher perceives himself in this process of self-reflection. Given the above, the study of the professional life cycle of teachers, with their profiles - type, sequences, and phases, raised common traits in the different trajectories that have in common with the school where they work.
