Esta resenha versa sobre a tese de doutorado intitulada A Ética da Gestão Pública à Luz da Abordagem da Racionalidade: Os Dilemas Morais Vivenciados na Gestão de Riscos e Desastres em Santa Catarina, de Laís Silveira Santos, realizada no âmbito do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Administração da Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina (UDESC) em 2019. O estudo objetivou conhecer e caracterizar de que maneira os gestores públicos deliberam diante de dilemas morais vivenciados na gestão pública de riscos e desastres no Estado de Santa Catarina. Buscou-se com a resenha apresentar os principais pontos estudados, a metodologia utilizada, a contribuição para a administração, para o ensino, para a educação, e, aos doutorandos como forma norteadora de trabalho a ser realizado. A Tese foi premiada tanto pela Sociedade Brasileira de Administração Pública, quanto pela CAPES no ano de 2020.Downloads
